CaveSociety Policies

The following CaveSociety Policies are intended to promote the positive and safe experience of everyone enjoying the CaveSociety. We intend to enforce them by sanctioning guests who violate them and in certain cases, terminating guests’ access to the CaveSociety. 

1. Purpose of CaveSociety: 

CaveSociety features guest interaction, special guest programming, and events. Our primary concern is the well-being of our guests and their ability to enjoy CaveSociety. 

2. Hours: 

CaveSociety hours will be posted on the CaveSociety’s website and may be subject to change. CaveSociety may be closed for a specified period or for public holidays, cleaning, maintenance, or any other reason CaveSociety Management deems to justify temporary closure, with notice to access card holders whenever possible. 

3. Dress Code: 

CaveSociety encourages a smart dress code and relies on its guests to ben stylish while visiting CaveSociety: 

· Clean, fashionable sneakers will be accepted, but only if worn with appropriate attire. 

· Jeans are permitted if they are clean and dressy. 

· Midriff or crop tops and flip-flops are not permitted. 

· Baseball caps are not permitted. 

· Men’s shorts and women's cut-off shorts are not permitted. 

*Any guests who do not appear sufficiently well presented may be refused entry. Please note any decision regarding the suitability of a guest’s appearance will be at the discretion of CaveSociety Management. 

4. Guests: 

The ability of access card holders to invite guests to CaveSociety are limited as stated. Each access card holder may bring up to two guests into CaveSociety. On occasions, a circumstance may require limiting the number of guests, which shall be communicated to the access card holders. Access card holders must always be present with their guests. 

5. Children: 

Persons under 21 will not be allowed into CaveSociety. 

6. Transactions: 

Payment may be made by credit card or house account for access card holders and shall be settled nightly.
 

7. Philosophy Regarding CaveSociety Staff.: 

We have carefully selected an experienced, high-quality team of employees in the CaveSociety. Their primary focus is comfort and the positive experience of our guests. We expect our guests to treat CaveSociety staff with appropriate respect and dignity. If any guest has an issue with any employee of CaveSociety, the matter shall be addressed directly to the General Manager. A Guest may not employ a CaveSociety Staff Member without written permission of CaveSociety Management. 

8. Alcohol Policy: 

While alcoholic beverages are served and are a part of the experience, we expect all guests to moderate their usage and refrain from disruptive behavior because of their consumption of alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guests who appear intoxicated. Alcoholic beverage service at CaveSociety will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including minimum drinking age by law. No food or beverage may be brought in or removed from the premises without the express approval of CaveSociety Management. 

9. Non-Smoking Premises: 

Smoking is not permitted inside CaveSociety. Guests wishing to smoke cigarettes or cigars must restrict such activities to areas designated by Hotel Vin Management. 

10. Anti-Harassment Policy: 

Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances toward guests and/or staff of either sex will not be tolerated. Any Guest who is disturbed by any of the conduct described above is urged to report such matters to the CaveSociety Manager, Director of Culinary & Beverage, or the Hotel Vin General Manager. 

11. Illegal Drugs: 

Illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any Guest found guilty of consuming or bringing illegal drugs onto the premises, or is found engaging in such acts, will be ejected from the premises, will be reported to the police, and may have their access card revoked. 

12. Pets: 

No animals are allowed in CaveSociety, except as allowed by law. 

13. Interpretation: 

CaveSociety Management shall be the sole authority in the interpretation of these policies. 

14. Assume All Risks: 

Guests assume all risks associated with accessing CaveSociety and Hotel Vin facilities, including, but not limited to dining and event rooms, amenities, outdoor areas, and grounds. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

1. Permitted use of devices: 

Texting and the quiet use of apps on cell phones are always permitted in the CaveSociety (except apps with voice or sound effects that may disturb other guests). No cell phone use will be permitted. 

2. Cameras and Video Recording Devices: 

To protect our guests’ privacy, CaveSociety has a no-photo policy. No cameras or video recording devices may be used by guests while in the CaveSociety. 

3. Guest Adherence to Policies: 

Each access card holder is responsible for ensuring that his or her guests are aware of these policies.

4. Consent to use Likeliness: 

Sometimes, CaveSociety-appointed Staff and Photographers/Videographers may be capturing photographically key events. Should you prefer to remain anonymous, please tell the Manager on duty and position yourself away from the camera. We will do everything we can to respect your privacy and accommodate your concerns. CaveSociety & Hotel Vin has the right to film, video, or photograph events and/or activities for use in our Society programming, promotions, public relations, and any other commercial/business purposes.
